I would give them a zero out of five if possible, I'm the victim of a hit and run by a driver with their insurance and it was easier to find their driver than to get in contact with their adjusters. 20 plus call all go to voicemail to never get a response, I asked to get a new adjuster since Kayla Williams never answers her phone and weeks later my adjuster is still the ever elusive Kayla Williams.
Very cheap but do be aware if you cancel your policy on time and have paid a portion of your insurance they will not reimburse and will come up with a way why they won't give you the money back . So always just pay your policy on the due date instead of paying early because if you do cancel before the payment you will not be able to get the money back
My name is Adrian Eldridge and I just wanted to let anyone know wanting to go through this company that it’s by far the worst auto insurance company I’ve ever had.! I broke down on the side of the road and was trying to get a tow with my 2 kids and was told there was nothing they could do because they couldn’t find my name in the system although my payment goes out automatically monthly.
