A all cash buyer up to $2M+ and this recent transaction with Andrea Lovell for the purchase of a 5 unit subway in Los Angeles just was one of the most dreadful transactions that I have ever dealt with. No transparency, inconsistent, incompetent(emails/receipts). I feel bad for the seller as I am more than qualified and motivated to work towards getting a deal done however Andrea cannot mediate a deal between the seller and buyer.
