Horrible customer service. After successfully auto-drafting my insurance costs for 6 months, it randomly quit working and I was hit with a pile of bills. I tried to contact customer service to get it resolved and waited on hold for hours. There was an option for them to give me a call back when a representative became available so I tried that.
