First, the lack of transparency and communication from NFT is appalling. I did not receive any notification of closure until I went to check on accessing funds on behalf of my aunt for her medications. Funds that were collected in HER NAME through a company RECOMMENDED by her transplant center. The hospital would not even list her for transplant until she could provide evidence of 5k in funds set aside for her when SHE NEEDED IT. Just like Robert shared below this foundation was recommended by a transplant center. 3 years and 25 thousand dollars later we are weeks away from transplant and then we find out that they are "ceasing operations" and we've lost access to all of those funds. We need to move out of state immediately and we were relying on these fund raised in her name. Shame on these people! They refuse to answer any calls or questions and only keep responding with generic pre-written responses.

NFT set me up with a fundraising campaign on 3/13/24 ,in which grew to several hundred dollars yesterday 4/9/24 I get an email that they are closing their door. You can't tell me they didn't know this was going to happen when they signed me up. Get could have said sorry but we are unable to help you at this time. Instead the painted a pretty picture of how well they do. Yet today all the funds donated by my friends and family are not going to benefit me but benefit this Foundation of irresponsible people .
