Very disappointed with this company. Andersens installed their product and have done a terrible job. Had a floor inspector attend and do up a report. Andersens take no responsibility, so we reached out to NFD, and were told to take it up with Andersens. This was a floor laid under warranty as first two floor’s Andersens laid failed, due to poor workmanship. They were Godfrey Hirst boards. Great staff and professionalism with the highest quality work standards.
During the installation we asked for an engineer to have a look at the boards due to the installer having some concerns about the locking system, the next day someone contacted us in regards to the issue but they were in Queensland and there's no way they could've come to Sydney on a short notice so it's just a joke not to have someone in the NSW when you supply the product in that region, two boxes were water damaged and one damaged due to the strap securing the load also a box missing and when we confronted the store they ... read more
