Great place to work. Awesome people; nice benefits; opportunity for career advancement.
They don't know what is going on. For over a year and a half one of the agents, Jerry Alridge, had me fill out forms so I could receive the money for raising my house. Now he is gone. FEMA sent me to this company. How I'm talking to a guy named Bob who said he heard about Jerry but doesn't know anything. Now he won't respond. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm sure the government funds them. I provided everything they demanded and now I still have nothing.
