I have been at this gym for almost a year and in my 20 years of lifting on a regular basis and having a general member membership, this has been by far my favorite place to go. I’ve met friends that have become family and the environment is just phenomenal a true hometown gym. The trainers are some of the most intelligent experience people I’ve ever met in my life. There was ever a gym that I could recommend to anyone it would be this one.
