I had a microburst hit hit my roof. It ripped it the AC condensate line and the solar panels. Christina had Seth out there in record time. He showed me all the photos and asked how old the roof was,2 years old. He said to contact the roofer first as this maybe covered. It was😊. I will always call National First Response Restoration. If I could give a review of 10 stars they would be a 10 out of 10. Best customer service, support and so knowledgeable!! Thank you!!!
I’ve worked with National 1st Response for quite a while now, and they are a stand-up group of individuals. The ownership is top-notch professional, ethical, and always on top of things. They are definitely setting a new standard in the industry. Highly recommend!
Go with someone else. They Fired the people working on my roof and left me without any contact for a month. Then after finally calling leaving messages I get a contact from the company from a clueless front desk person who gives me attitude. I finally got my money back after more time and they still took 20% for their "Negotiation". Terrible company do not trust them with anything.
I had an outstanding experience with your project manager, Cory! He was proactive, friendly, kept me up-to-date on the project , called me when he said he would. ! Very, very impressed with his professionalism!
Fortunately, we didn't have an emergency at our house. We did do our research for our home remodel. Chris Owens and the crew were our choice for our home. We are more than happy with our results. We most certainly made the correct choice in contractors. Chris was always available for questions, clarifications and open communication. 100% comparable in cost too!!! We are ecstatic and LOVE our new home!! Thanks, Chris and Team!!
