I couldn't be more impressed with the excellent customer service from Alex. From start to finish of my orders, he is professional, knowledgeable and attentive. What stands out most is his prompt response, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the order is correct and it ships out fast. Always giving me heads up on tracking. Its rare these days to find a company with customer service that combines expertise with genuine care for the customer, but National Fire Supply and Alex, deliver both.
