Do not park behind and call. That was when Covid was happening. Now pull in front and park in median. Then walk in and check in.
Ready to park in the middle of the street, and walk in to the shipping/receiving office, the will assigned you a door , unloading and sweep your trailer, no overnight parking
I delivered scrap paper. Don't know about overnight parking and wouldn't suggest it not exactly a great neighborhood. There was no weight in. I simply went inside, checked in and was assigned a dock to unload. Employees were absolutely fantastic. Can do attitude. Thank you. They even sweat my trailer out after it was unloaded

Park on the street behind and call them. When you get a door go around front and back in off the street. Go into receiving and get your paperwork signed. Once they are done they will let you know. I did not see any facilities. It only took them about 30 minutes or so to unload and they swept out the trailer. Over all it was a good place to unload at.
