I have an old pair of glasses that fit my head precisely. They were able to improve my prescription and retrofit a new set of lenses for the old frame. All the exams were done using state of the art devices. I was very satisfied.
The virtual apt is awful. They told me to come back for a more accurate in -person. What a waste of time. Don't use Lenscrafters
Very quick and easy appointment with friendly and helpful folks. This is my 2nd time using a “virtual” eye exam.
They do not honor the prices they quote. I called and asked what they charged for a contact lens fitting. Explained that I already had a 2-week old eye glasses prescription and that I needed only a contact lens fitting. They quoted $138. I made the appointment. When I arrived the next day, they quoted a price closer to $200.
