Poor recruiting; blows off interviews. Very disappointing rating for this company that apparantly employs people. They called me for an interview and later refused to answer my return replies. When they finally answered their CELL phone, I was told the positions were filled. They totally blew me off to the point, I had to mention who I was and why I was calling. Who would want to work for this company in bad economic times?
Changes This company I would have to say was in the dump about to go out of business because of the previous owner John Who is a deeply inappropriate man who doesn't know anything about security. The new owner Tammy has done a fantastic job bringing the company back. She does have security backgrounds. She Currently has military trained associates around her to help her every step of the way. She will bend over backwards for all her workers. She thinks good relations with employees goes a very long way
Very disappointing company Extremely aggressive employees with less than desirable appearance (tattoos, piercings etc).
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This company doesnt have certified employees. None of the guards LP officers or Patrol officers are Guard certified. The company was bought by an investor who knows nothing about security. They bearly have money to pay employees. They will provide poor service and are a liability to your company. My advice is to find a more reputable company and to check other reviews. You will find a bad rating consistantly! My reguards if you choose to do business with this company.
