If I could give zero stars, I’d do just that. The “director” of this agency has very poor customer service. You have to call several times for a call back, you have to email her several times before emailing you back (if she responds at all). If you are looking for an egg donor, ask if they are still active. She has profiles of people that haven’t been active in years.
