We came back a second time to work with loan officer Ashley. She is so kind and professional and really makes the process easy. Highly recommend her!!!!
Gentleman who helped was very kind, knowledgeable. Very helpful, very intelligent. He showed me how I could be notified about my credit cards charged. He even helped me set up my computer. Great idea. He was patient and stayed by me so I could actually do it myself. taught me things about computer. Definitely an asset to the bank. I love the bank. Easy to follow. I feel bad....I can't remember his name. Submit up? To me, He's excellent.
