Gentleman who helped was very kind, knowledgeable. Very helpful, very intelligent. He showed me how I could be notified about my credit cards charged. He even helped me set up my computer. Great idea. He was patient and stayed by me so I could actually do it myself. taught me things about computer. Definitely an asset to the bank. I love the bank. Easy to follow. I feel bad....I can't remember his name. Submit up? To me, He's excellent.
