20 year customer....GONE I have been banking here for 20 years. I got a call from Travis at biz banking customer service stating if I do not sign up for a new biz account I would no longer have access to my accounts. This new account is free but has a 50 cent per transaction on bill pay. I asked Travis if he was willing to throw away a 20 year relationship over 50 cents. His answer "YES".
