Bought a used skid steer off this company via the internet and what a mistake. After I paid in full, got the call that it was ready to pick up, I sent a driver and trailer to bring the machine back to my farm here in NY. Driver gets there and the machine is no where to be found, salesman could not find it - apparently it was mistakenly disassembled and back in the service area. Had to eat that bill from the trucker for showing up and leaving empty handed. Weeks go by with no communication other than me calling every so often... read more
AMAZING!! I needed a jump and they took it upon themselves to come out and help me and I got more than I asked for! I wish I got his name but they are such a humane and sweet business ✨
It is very hard to find somebody with a brain and common sense nowadays. No matter who picks up the phone when I call L&N supply companyI am always treated with respect. If I need field service or simple part ordered it is done in a prompt manner. If there is a delay or a part is on backorder they also share that with me. You folks are doing a great job keep doing what you're doing, you guys rock!
