I initially reached out with serious intent to purchase a piece of equipment, but the level of communication has been extremely poor. Bought a used skid steer off this company via the internet and what a mistake. After I paid in full, got the call that it was ready to pick up, I sent a driver and trailer to bring the machine back to my farm here in NY. Driver gets there and the machine is no where to be found, salesman could not find it - apparently it was mistakenly disassembled and back in the service area. Had to eat that bill from the trucker for showing up and leaving empty handed. Weeks go by with no communication other than me calling every so often... read more
