Its just waste of money
It was so easy for the machine to take my credit card and charge me the $10 to get the coins to play for my kid, but the other machine never worked so it takes your card to give you coins, but when you put the coin to play it gives you an error, it is a waste of money. I basically lost $10 they steal your money.
Tried using National Entertainment Network, LLC‘s kids’ rides Machine at Huntington Mall— my card was charged but the ride never started. Filed a complaint, but they refused a refund, saying they can’t “prove” the machine malfunctioned since it wasn’t reported in the moment. Disappointing customer service.
