Tried using National Entertainment Network, LLC‘s kids’ rides Machine at Huntington Mall— my card was charged but the ride never started. Filed a complaint, but they refused a refund, saying they can’t “prove” the machine malfunctioned since it wasn’t reported in the moment. Disappointing customer service.

this machine has been been broken at meyers for years. when the kids buy candy it just dumps on the floor🤣
Very bad customer service. The machines in the International Plaza were not working and never returned my money. Even if you try several times they won’t return more than 1-time payment from the machine. And for that you have to provide detail information beyond need.
Lawyer needs to look into this company. Claws aren’t strong enough to hold their products
