Lawyer needs to look into this company. Claws aren’t strong enough to hold their products
AWFUL product. The claw machines don’t work half the time and just eat your money, and when they do work they are rigged and open dropping the prize before it even begins to move over the chute. Very disappointing.
This is a RIP off company! My 9 year old granddaughter lost money in the machines and this company will not send a money refund. They instead sent her a digital refund. In which she was still unable to use. This is the biggest RIP off company EVER !!!!!
Machines take money but doesn't dispense item. Refund is made impossible to receive.
I keep a very close eye on the Sugarloaf claw machines at my local Walmart. Over the course of the last month and a half it dispensed about 4 prizes. The claw is not big enough to close around most prizes, and it's too weak to pick anything up otherwise. The company claims to be committed to "fair play". "We would NEVER rig our machines" they say.
