They very patiently explained the issues we were having. Thankfully we needed an analysis but not a transmission overhaul.
Up front, fast and easy to work with. Meet the service requirements for my warranty for less than half the cost of the dealership and didn't try to sell me an $80 wiper blade that I clearly didn't need!!!
They did a really good job fixing the tranmission on my car (2013 dodge avenger) and were pretty friendly too. I Still had to pay quite a pretty penny, but that's transmission work for ya, so I won't complain Overall I would say a reliable good place to get repairs.
