Great place they saved my life
Great people, and services are bar none. I am glad that they are here for us.
We were given a bill of over $6000 for a single ride between Piedmont in Athens and CHOA in Atlanta for our very ill infant son. Insurance would have covered it if National EMS had coded the transport as "emergency," but EMS refused to. We told them that we did not have the means to pay a bill of this size, but they sent it to collections anyway, and we're now being hounded by collections agents. First I want to say that the paramedics who responded to my call were great and I am very grateful to them. The company, however, sent a bill to collections despite the fact that my insurance has already paid it.
This group saved my husband ! They were at our front door in less than 10 minutes! The lady who worked on my husband was kind and very efficient! My husband had a heart attack( widow maker)
