The owner/operator of this franchise of National Econ, a man by the name of Chester, is absolutely psychotic. I had to file a police report against him here in Bartlett, TN. He is very unbalanced mentally, and seems prone to rage and violence. After my initial dealing with his secretary-and she seemed to be a very nice woman-I actually met Chester, and that is when the crazy weird started.
