They did a great job and Jawad was a super nice guy, very easy to deal with
The technician who came to my house was incredible. Jawad was amazing he showed me everything he was doing every step of the way his attention to detail was a welcome sight and put my wife and I at ease. He explained to me the pros and cons of certain steps of the job and offered advice for the future. He was pleasant to talk to he was on time and was very efficiant. I would have him back in my home anytime. He was also very neat and tidy cleaned as he went very proffesional.
I recently had my ducts cleaned and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! Jawad was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Rajwinder Singh arrived ahead of schedule and called to ask if it was OK to do so. He was polite and professionally went about his work; he provided before/after photos of our ducts. There was no up-selling and this company doesn't do phone soliciting and we would have no problem using them again.
We just had our furnace and duct work cleaned by Jawad Kwan from Power Vac. What an awesome, excellent Job! Jawad was friendly, courteous and very efficient, showing us before and after pictures, explaining process as he went along. He was very careful to keep areas clean and damage free. We will definitely call this company again when needed and request Jawad to do the job. We will definitely recommend this company and technician. By far, the best job we have had for duct cleaning! Thank you Power Vac and Jawad Kwan!!!
