Their professional, Ismaeel Elsayed, showed up on time, explained everything, proceeded to lay his equipment and started working. He explained everything to me. Excellent communications from scheduling the booking, to making changes. Service technician Gabriel was professional. He did a quick survey and then setup the equipment. He was very careful while working in a very tight space and ensuring no damage to the property. Each duct was inspected and cleaned properly, and he didn't rush the work. Highly recommend the service, still have their advertising sign on my lawn! Will be booking again for the next cleaning. Thanks.
Excellent customer service from staff before and after the job. The duct cleaning technician was very knowledgeable and professional right from initial set up to finishing the job. He provided pictures of before and after, and ensured I was happy with the service. He took his time to ensure all ducts were clean and he also cleaned up with vacuum for any debris.
