I am greatly impressed by both the service and customer service provided by this company. My vents were thoroughly cleaned and the attendant who provided the service was very friendly and efficient. Customer service was amazing when they unfortunately sent the wrong truck, twice, having to reschedule our appointment, but they made it right. Very polite and courteous company! Explained what they were doing and answered any questions! Easy to book and fast response. Cleaned up the vents and ducts and sent me before and after pictures! Highly recommend this company. Brenden and his coworker were very nice and went above and beyond :)
Sebastian from Power Vac was amazing. Took his time and made sure the ducts were super clean. We had a lot of construction done in the house and the ducts got really dirty but Sebastian was able to get all the dust out. Our furnace room is difficult to work in but there was no complaints, he just got the job done. Would highly recommend Sebastian and Power vac to friends and family.
I am very impressed with the service. Riley was friendly and answered any questions I had. He got right to work and, when I requested, he competed the dryer vent cleaning and duct sanitizing. I would highly recommend Power Vac Ontario/National Duct services.
Showed me before pictures of my ducts. They weren't that dirty but he did a good job cleaning them. The other company that quoted on the job was the company we have used for years to check our furnace and heat pump. They told us we needed a duct cleaning because it was very clogged. I was suspicious of this so I decided to use your company to do the work. The before pictures were not the same as the furnace company showed me.
