I am a resident at a complex that uses this service. It is horrible. In 7 months my trash has been picked up maybe ten times. This is out of 140 times it's been picked up. I have sent messages through their website and they do not respond. The complex says they will not respond to them either. I have lived here 11 years but will be moving because I will not pay for a service I do not receive. If you own a complex please do not do this to your residents, if you are a renter ask if they use this service, if so look elsewhere.
