I had written a review questioning whether this was a legitimate business and after posting received a phone call from this business. I was so impressed with their customer service I immediately chatted with bbb.org and said I wanted to make sure this did not get posted. The chat person assured me that if I didnt respond to the email validation link it wouldnt get posted. I see now that it did:(. The items I ordered were received within days of ordering. Phone number is worthless, they don't answer it. Order status links provided via email are non-functional. ********** page 404's - it doesn't exist. Be warned, they have taken my money and run. No way to reach them...stay away!!"

Customer No Service! On March 6, 2020 I purchased a $599 replacement AutoPilot salt water cell from Amazon. The order was handled by National Discount Pool Supplies, Kenosha, WI. The part arrived in about 2 weeks. I had planned to open my pool early but had delays due to corona virus. Installed the new cell and opened the pool on May 6. Things looked normal. Excellent service ;especially given the impact that COVID has had on manufacturing, etc.). Incredibly fast shipping and excellent pricing. Ordered my first winter cover through National Discount Pools and needed a replacement ten years later so I was a satisfied repeat customer. Will gladly continue to do business with them (“if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”).

Leisure Time Free Style Lift This item fell apart on the first use, and was defective. I purchased this new lift through National Pool Supplies and we were offer no compensation (other than 10% off supplies for 5 months) as it was more than 30 days since purchase and the manufacture (Leisure Tlime) would not make good. It was bitter cold when the original lift was delivered and it would have been inhumane to have my guys install this in below 20 degree weather.
