I am the maganager of a Diagnostic Imaging Center. My experience with NDI and their staff has been excellent. The staff has always been kind and professional. They answer the phone directly and my reads are timely most of the time. I have dealt with Allan, the company's VP and sales manager on and off throughout the years and anything I needed was taken care of immediately. I recommend this company highly
I am the office manager for a primary care practice. We use this company to read our xrays and have been doing so fo over 4 years. We can reach them easily because they always answer the phone. The reads have been of good quality and when we need a STAT we always get it back within a half hour. This service has help our patients a lot and I'm very please with it.
Lack of communication. I have been calling for days, have left numerous voice messages, sent emails regarding the completion of my system after paying my IT guy $400 to install the DICOM server to have their radiologist read simple reports. For days, I’ve been trying to contact someone regarding a scanning PDF system and have yet received this to complete my clients report to send to her midwife. One of the best Teleradiology companies I have ever used in my 26 years of practice. I get my routine reports back within 24 hours and my STATs are almost always returned within an hour. I find it a plus that I can speak directly to the reading radiologist if I have a question. The office staff is friendly and helpful. We've never had a problem with them.
