One of the best Teleradiology companies I have ever used in my 26 years of practice. I get my routine reports back within 24 hours and my STATs are almost always returned within an hour. I find it a plus that I can speak directly to the reading radiologist if I have a question. The office staff is friendly and helpful. We've never had a problem with them. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. That speaks volumes of who runs this company. Avoid at all cost, if you value quality and great customer service!

Very rude. Extremely long delays with no notice. As another business they really act like they are doing you a favor by reading the ultrasounds- even though you are paying them. Late with reads, delays for no apparent reason. When they have too many radiologists on vacation there can be a week delay.... does NDI not know when their radiologists are going on vacation? And back to the original point- very rude. Their exec is not a sales person, a nice person, or an honest person. AVOID.

I have never been treated with such disrespect by a business that we are paying for services. We reached out to resolve an issue, unaware that Allen who is the company VP, who we had been speaking to was out of town. Allen’s response was extremely demeaning and insulting, as if we were idiots or unworthy of his time. He explicitly told us that he didn’t have time for this, stating that they were a small company and didn’t want to deal with us after I sent a very nice email & voicemail requesting help. I have been utilizing National Diagnostic Imaging for about 6 years and they are easy to work with. They do a great job with their MRI reads and I get compliments all the time from referring physicians about the reads. Also, if my doctors ever have questions, the radiologist are always willing to help answer any questions they may have. I'm really glad I found them. I was paying more than twice what NDI charges me. So they have saved me so much money as well, which is a bonus.
