After living in this place for almost 3 years and being a great tenant. Never pay late and keep the apartment in mint condition. Even the manager said so one time when he came over. After the end of my second lease they moved me on a month to month which I asked if they planned on moving me out and was told no. I then received a letter asking me to move out within 30 days which was impossible to even find a place within that time. I was a 65+ disabled veteran renting on a month to month basis. I informed management that I would be leaving around mid June, this accord in May. I was told no problem. during that time they were actively showing my apartment. They found a renter, we all met and their move in for mid-June was agreed. During that time I tried to find people to buy my furniture or someone to take it as a donation. I was told the last week of May that I had to be out by June 1st. that was not the agreement.
