We made an appointment to have our RV "detailed". Their arrival window was 9am-Noon. We live an hour away but was at the storage location at 9. They didn't arrive until 1:45. Now - the website has a button that allows customers to request an ETA. Right above that button is a snarky explanation about how hard it is for them to pause their work so send a simple courtesy text message. It didn't matter - that button doesn't work. So we called.
