NDP was VERY thorough, and they helped get all information needed all the way through the process. After all said and done, I was pleased with the valuation, and my new business partner felt he was treated fairly. This was a great way to value the practice and begin transitioning to a 2 owner practice.
NDP was extremely helpful in assisting us in our search for a successor for my endodontic practice.
