Unfortunately I have not had a good experience at all. I think waiting for over 9 weeks, and me havibg to follow up constantly, leaving messages at both branches, unreturned. i got ine call back from Beaminster branch, but nothing from the other. My gum guards were destroyed by a freak accident, 9 weeks ago. My job does not allow me much free time, nor to be in one place at the same time. My plight and urgency was explained to the dentist in July. I am on a special dental treatment and required gum guards as part of this as ... read more
Dr Varun and his team were excellent. Over a period of time he advised me on the way ahead . Providing numerous options available , offering sound advice and details on solving my many dental issues. When we agreed a plan of action he provided me with all the information and guidance I required. Having had many poor dental experiences over 60 years I was full of trepidation leading up to the two days of treatment.
