Place is a joke. 30 open dock doors and they'll only unload 1 truck at a time. They do NOT honor appts.
Got my dates wring and actually showed up a day early for a drop and hook. No one was in the shipping/receiving office but the yard jockey and other employees were very helpful. They said if I could wait about an hour or two they can work me in and live load me, so I did. About 2hrs I was given a door and loaded in about 30min.
Terrible customer service - rude driver - left curbside blocking front walkway despite asking nicely to shift it a few feet over. Customer service line even more rude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Suite 600 is nat delivery systems gate to enter and office circled, there is another office left of the gate by dock 1 but I have paperwork to the circled. Might be just for after hours I arrived late night opposite side of building is costoco receiving
