Losing a loved one is never easy, but the team at National Cremation Service, especially Elizabeth, made us feel supported every step of the way. They treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care. I’m truly thankful for the way they helped my me during such a difficult moment.
Unless you experience the loss of a loved one, it is truly difficult to explain the first 24 - 48 hours. You tell yourself you have a plan and are ready for this day.....until the day comes. The National Cremation Services partnering with Neptune made the "process" respectfully seamless.
From the first contact with National Cremation Service, they have been excellent. I am so thankful that everyone I've come into contact with from this company has been kind and professional and communicative. Ryan is amazing, and I am so thankful for her kindness. These people truly care, and it shows.
