GREAT Organization! Very easy to file a complaint! NCUA helped me resolve ongoing issues I had with the Atlantic Federal Credit Union in New Jersey for over 5 years! Days after filing the complaint, the Atlantic Federal Credit Unit-Kate Alicea, who was making extremely difficult to roll the money out of our IRA, called willing do share the forms I needed to close (2) IRAs and (2) bank accounts. THANK YOU NCUA!
