I had an excellent experience in obtaining FBI reports for my wife and I through NCR. I got the report within 12 hours of NCR receiving the form and fingerprinting card. We wanted to obtain a further report for my wife for her maiden name. CM (initials only for privacy,) the supervisor, explained how easily we can obtain that for a reduced price since NCR had the fingerprint card. I strongly recommend using them for FBI clearance report needs.

Excellent customer service, they pick up the phone every time i call. We get reports the same day every-time, usually in an hour or so. We've used them for years, and years & I wouldn't think of changing to another service. Very affordable even with National Criminal. I wish they would change their voicemail message tho. ITS TOO LONG
