My girl paid almost ten thousand dollars to NCF almost ten years ago to settle debts and she paid for three years and they said she had fulfilled our end of the deal and all of the sudden this last month she is getting summonses from lawsuits from her creditors. We found out NONE of her creditors were paid and since they dont keep records after five years and also let other people's info get snagged we will now be seeking a lawyer to handle this situation and also be contacting Florida district attorneys to handle our matter... read more

i hired NCF to improve my credit score but instead nothing was removed and my score went down from 27 to 50 points on all three agencies. oh and now i have collection agencies contacting me. great job NCF! waste of time and money
This company is only good to send first round of disputes. They cannot help you if the creditor disputes back. They simply keep sending another round of disputes over and over and over and over without ever really challenging the creditor directly. They do not have the experience they claim. I lost over $1000 on this company with no real true result. They keep doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. Wasted over $1200 on this place to have stuff removed that just showed right back up after a few months after charging me once it was removed! The only stuff that was taken off my credit was bills I paid. So I was paying off collections and wasting money on this service when in reality the only way to remove stuff is pay it off. DO NOT WASTE MONEY!! JUST PAY COLLECTIONS!!!! Such a scam!! My credit is lower now then when I started 7 months ago!!
Don't waste your money and time people! At the end of the day you wind up doing everything. They charge for every single thing.... my husband and paid so much we could have used that money to paid things off. The items they claimed to be deleted and still pulling up on our reports. They sold me sugar got nothing but salt. Had the decency to still charge me after I canceled. Discussed with their service. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
National credit Federation is the best! I have been with them for 3 months and I have seen awesome results. I had 16 negative things on my credit and in those 3 months 12 of them have been deleted ( just in the first round). The same thing with my husband, he had 16 and 8 got deleted. This company is awesome I wish I started sooner. Mr. Joe, Mary, and Monique are great people. I also told my mom about this company and she joined. I highly recommend this company to anyone that's trying to clear their credit. Thanks NCF �
