I do not recommend this company at all. The portable restrooms were never cleaned on schedule, and we constantly had to follow up. Every time I called, I was met with attitude—especially from Gayle, who was consistently rude and dismissive even via email. She acted like answering basic questions was a burden and gave me smart, unprofessional responses. Save yourself the hassle and choose a company that values their customers and does the job right. Customer service keeps you customers, Gayle.
Terrible Experience unreliable and rude. This company was a complete disappointment.
National Construction Rentals really came through for us. We had an emergency porta potty need at 5PM the Friday before Memorial day and they had them to out property on Saturday morning. They went out of there way to help us. Don't hesitate to use National Construction Rentals.
