5 years ago our 20 plus year our old ncp unit died. We needed to use ncp cause they manufactured the equipment we needed. We were pleased with the new unit until 4 weeks ago. During the heat wave the unit went down which is bad do to my health condition. Tech came out found compressor was bad 6 days before warranty was up. Ncp stood by the warranty the compressor was replaced. Then all went down hill! The txv was damaged when the compressor failed ok I said let's replace it.
