I've been taking 3 vehicles to National Auto Service for many years and always get great customer service, reliable information/quotes and their mechanics do a very good job on repairs. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.
I was taken to this service center via a AAA tow when my vehicle broke down unexpectedly. The service center was prompt, clean, and efficient at getting me back on the road again earlier rather than later. These are the only reasons it gets a two start instead of a one star. The reason this is a two star rating is because I feel lied to. I was told when I got there that I needed an new alternator and battery. I drive a Cadillac, needless to say nothing is cheap to repair. I told them no to the battery as it was under warrant... read more
