Based on their social media postings and presence....seek help elsewhere. They're biased and support women only....based on their own posts they don't believe men are victims and are disgustingly opinionated on high profile cases.
I have tried to speak with a staff member for days. Seems that you have been experiencing larger then normal call volume. On hold for 45 minutes, then tried later, on hold for 20 minutes. Finally after the 3rd try and holding for 15 minutes I said enough. Reaching out is difficult enough. 😞
