Worst cleaner ever! They ruined a coat, didn't want to pay. Told me that I signed an agreement, which I never signed. Told me that because it was purchased on Poshmark, they wouldn't pay me, because Poshmark is like Goodwill. I should have known when I saw how dirty the place is. Don't risk your clothes, items you spent your hard earned money on.
Horrible interaction. Staff tried to close at 2:45pm despite having a 3 pm close time. The woman was condescending, rude and disrespectful telling a patron to "just shut your mouth" when we let her know it was only 2:50z It was an argument to just get the item I had dropped off. I will not be going back. Visit was 11/16 at 2:45 pm.
