Horrible customer service they will do anything to make a quick buck even if it means breaking the law!!! They are slimy people Derek looked at me and said it’s none of his problem he towed my car without my knowledge and broke my breaks
Horrible customer service. Offers financing but when trying to negotiate terms, they'll just quit replying. No want to make money. Whoever runs the Facebook page is either extremely lazy, or doesn't care about making the business money. Complete lack of customer service.
I had to use roadside assistance today, they sent this company out to me. They got there as soon as possible. And Trent, was very nice and polite. I was very happy with their service.
I wouldn't use these fools if my insurance paid for them again. It's already known that insurance companies look for the lowest of the lowest. These guys are just that . Low. They lied about what time they came to get my vehicle the last time. And lied and said there wasn't a dear hit. Now I need towing again and called them out on there crap basically because I didn't want them.as a service they suck and are frauds. Beware
