Amazing, affordable and very welcoming sports centre featuring a large indoor pool, very spacious lockers, several gym rooms, regular classes along the day and every day of the weight (weight, cardio, yoga, Pilates, swimming). Food and beverages available, house doctor, and a very friendly staff. A neighbourhood gem.
Despite the name, the center does not display any sort of excellence (outside of the friendly staff, that's why it's 2 stars and not 1). Called on Friday (09/05) to check for basketball court availability on Sunday (11/05) after previous instances of being relayed the wrong information. They confirmed the casual basketball court availability would be from 7:00 - 10:00 and then from 14:00 - 18:00.
