Bad news! I believe it is rare nowadays with the web increasing a company's visibility and accountability to encounter a company like National Ceiling and Partitions, Inc. who are blatantly DISHONEST and DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORK. This company did some drywall repair for us and, in the process, badly scratched up the stair bannister in numerous places in our new home. In one area the friction had even rubbed off the stain!
