If I could leave a negative number I would. Not only do they not respond to routine calls, but when there is a death claim, same response. No emails, no calls, nothing. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for treating a family this way. I feel there is a legal issue or the company might be in trouble. Why else would they not call back??????
