At approximately 8pm at night, during a severe thunderstorm, in which a tornado warning was issued and strong winds raged, a tree fell on our house penetrating through the vaulted ceiling into our living room. Work was performed satisfactorily with only one call to do touch ups after shoe molding was installed. Feedback provided at the end of my project was that the project manager should sit with the home owner and review the scope of work and the process to make reconstruction and the timeline for the project to keep from waiting around and chasing down information
Had our basement flood from a broken ejector pump. Nat Cat was assigned to us from our insurance. I couldn’t be happier. They redid the whole basement flooring and all the walls in around 2 weeks.
