Catastrophe Solutions you all are great people as well as great at what you do you all came out and repaired/ replaced everything found out where the water was coming from im sooo pleased that I got you all to help me with my water damage issues Mr. John and his crew is incredible i appreciate you all and the lady on the ph Paula was very pleasant and reassuring i truly thank all of you @ Catastrope Solutions i plan on using this company again in the near future

So much to say... Our pipe burst the week before Christmas. We were kicked out of our home the day before Christmas eve just so the next week no one would be there to work on the house. They said it would be negligence if we didnt get out, yet it was negligent to let our wet house sit for 5 days because they decided to removed the fans. My house flooded because of a bursted pipe and my basement and kitchen needed remodeling because of it. It took a while to get in contact with the company and to get the ball rolling on construction, but the work done in my house came out great. I love that they did some extra to make sure I loved the finished product even more.

Wonderful! I had water damage in my home, and the repair team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were professional, on time, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The work was done quickly, the quality was excellent, and they made sure everything looked even better than before the damage happened. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how clean they left everything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water damage repairs!
