To start off the estimator was not very friendly. He is a 3rd party estimator my insurance hired due to work load.He kept trying to get me to go back into my job before I could show him all the hidden damage from a collision with a deer. 0 stars if I could. This company has a track record for scams, Curtis Nivens neglected his job and messed up on his case. Later got promoted neglecting the case even further and leaving it alone for nearly 2 years. $100,000 coverage but can’t helping paying a $10,000 repair? Alacrity Solutions is the worst company I have ever worked for. Since I started with them, they have slowly stripped away any good benefits we once had, and employee satisfaction is declining more and more each day. They are always taking advantage of their employees. The majority of us are extremely late on receiving raises to the point where I question if we will get one at all for the foreseeable future.
