I can't begin to explain how happy I am with this company. They went above and beyond to get my car transported even faster then expected. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future. Great prices and great service. No complaints I am totally satisfied ??

This company is a fraud. They hired us to transport a vehicle with a signed contract of $500 Cash on Delivery. The vehicle was delivered accordingly as we met all deadlines. The customer paid $200 and when we asked for the rest he showed us a signed contract stating that he had to pay that exact amount instead of the $500 we were promised by the company. We contacted the company and **** (the owner) started lying saying that the payment will be made in one hour. A day passed and he changed the story to him going to get fired... read more

Totally scam, signed pickup contract with the to car be picked up on 4/29/2023. No show. I had to get other company to to pick it up cost much more since is calculated as urgent. Dont fall for their price and stuck with no shoe, they will be hear from lawyer in next couple of week

I contracted **** (owner) at National Carship LLC to move my Lexus from ** to ** for $800 total . When the driver picked up my car (three days late) his bill showed $850? When I asked **** about why the drivers contract was for $850 vs the $800, I got the run around. **** requested me to wire him $100 and told me that I would pay the driver $700 when he delivered the car. Not a good experience. The driver they hired dropped my car off over an hour away from my home. I had to pay someone for a ride to my car and then the woman that met me at the car told me they wanted $200 more than my contract price. She had the driver on the phone and he said HE had a contract for that amount. I have NO IDEA who is lying to me.

Management needs to greatly improve client communication. The car was supposed to be picked up on 1/26/23, the same day we signed the contract, but no one came. When we called on 1/27/23 ***** stated it would be picked up by noon, but never stated anything about a deposit in advance. While looking thru my email I found an invoice by accident for Paypal from National Carship for $105 instead of the $100 deposit in the contract. We paid it. After being told numerous times from other companies that they had a driver lined up for my transport needs *** @national carship made it happen. If you need a car shipped don't fall for the hounding calls from other companies just call *** he'll take care of it quickly, for a great price. He's the only guy I'll use from now on
