Poor quality workmanship when refinishing our hardwood floors. Would not recommend them for this type of work. They subcontract the work out and they do not ensure their contractor does good quality work.
Low pressure salesmen came out to discuss the flooring needs of our house. THey were interested in helpin us out -- liesurely choosing the best fit rour our needs. We had them out once, and visited them twice, while we made our decision over a course of 3 weeks. They patiently answered all of our questions and concerns.
