Hank was just really helpful and all the people in the store were wonderful to work with. The product is better than I expected. Very reasonable priced. The installers were very great to have in my home. They definitely know what they are doing. They made sure to clean up after themselves. Just an overall good experience. Would definitely recommend them

Had five rooms and a hallway done by National Carpet One; three rooms the first time and, because they did such a good job, two more rooms and a hallway the second time. I can't thank Hank enough for accommodating the job in Mississippi. Him and Jimmy, who laid the flooring down, were great and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Bought good high quality floor having problems with kitchen floor. The whole house done same flooring. This flooring has a life time warranty. I have done everything they have told me to do and my kitchen always looks dirty. They will not hold or honor the warranty..I am getting the run around for past year very disappointed on them. Been a customer over thirty years will not have my service any more.
