Washed my car here and half of the functions didn't even work. The dryer hose is a joke, it was so weak it did nothing. Only 2 of the bays are even open and the lights are so dim it's hard to see. I used to bring my dog's here for baths but the place has gone downhill terribly fast. There's no towels in there for the dogs anymore and the change machine never works. It's so nasty in there I didn't even want to bring my dog's in there. There's hair everywhere and it's filthy. Don't waste your time or money
We got a free car wash coupon in the mail, and when we went to use it there was no place to enter the coupon, all their phone lines were off to call for help, and no attendant at the station to assist. We were trying to go midday, which was strange that there was nobody on staff to help at such a busy time. We ended up going to quality instead, and had a much better experience.
If I could select ZERO I would! Went here and swiped my card just to have those hose blow water all over me!! Charged my card 3$ for 5 seconds, so, irritated, I pull into the next stall and seen the hose blown there as well!! Needless to say, I wanted my money back, and of course no one was in the office and no number to call! I Do NOT recommend this car was!
Tap to pay reader didn’t work, hose had no water pressure, the tip on the tri-color foam gun was broken off & it just shot diluted soapy water. Foaming brush had no foam, just diluted soapy water. I didn’t even finish attempting to wash my car, just left & went elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or your money
Absolutely terrible. Its extremely old i go here when i pass by from time to time hoping things are working but they never are in self service area. I stopped today put two dollars in tried 4 different modes and soap wasn't even dispensing. What a joke. Equipment is seriously old out dated and broken and has been the same way for many years while people pay higher than normal prices with ZERO maintenance being done. Its frustrating wasting time and money
