The machines do not always work properly. I put in $5 and the soap did not work. Owner was not there. I came back the next day and he was not there. I finally found him 2 weeks later and he refused to help and told me not to come back. Terrible customer service.
I have come to this car wash for years now. So much easier for me to wash my car here versus in my driveway. The prices are very reasonable. I like the results much better than taking it through an automated car wash. I feel like it gets cleaner plus I enjoy doing it. Today I met the owner.
